We are looking for a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide carrier-level technical support to our customers. This technician will give support via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required. A background in cellular 4G/5G is a must.
Perform End to End 4G/5G technical support for customer solution
Perform Network rollout and planning & optimization activities for LTE/5G network
Lead project to be success from both technology and management point of view
Involve in the System/Function Verification and support activities
Participate wireless network troubleshooting and global customer support
Technical interface towards sales and/or R&D
Plan and co-ordinate activities with internal/external customers
Major in computer sciences, communication telecom. Bachelor’s degree or above
Good understanding of mobile/wireless network, product, technologies
2+ years working experience in telecom communication industry
Fluent in English and Chinese, including reading, writing, and speaking
Business and management awareness, strong leadership and communication skill
